Divided
You look all around you,
And the world tears apart.
A displeasing sight to view,
Not for the faint of heart.
People of different regions,
They shout, bicker, and fight.
They repeat throughout the seasons,
All day and all night.
You are just a bystander.
No matter what you say,
They engage in shortsighted banter,
Only wanting their way.
In the eyes of another,
We all are not the same.
One brings down the other
In a supercilious game.
